Group Classes

Cardio Pilates 

Instructor: Carmen Demske 

Tuesday and Friday @ 8:30a.m.

This is an hour long open format class.  Each class consists of 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of Pilates movements.  Be prepared to work hard.  The cardio portion of this class is fast paced, fun and effective at burning those calories.  The second half of the class is also quite challenging as we focus on technique an form of Pilates and other calisthenic movement.  This is a full body workout.  Bring your mat or a large towel.  Sneakers are recommended.  Advance sign up is not necessary.  Cost: $15 per person


Instructors: Carmen Demske & Maizee Demske 

Monday and Wednesday @ 6:00p.m.

This is a 45 minute strict kettlebell class.  This class is limited to 12 participants only.  Concentration on proper form and technique of the use of a kettlebell.  Kettlebells are challenging and weight bearing.  You will get a great expenditure of calories in this class along with strength conditioning.  If you are unfamiliar with kettlebells please let us know before attending your first class.  Sign up in advance is recommended.  Cost: $15 per person

Thai Boxing

Instructor:  Chris Demske


This is an hour long class.  You must be familiar with kickboxing in order to attend this class.  This is a contact class.  You will be partnered with another participant and work with Muay Thai pads and focus mitts.  You are giving and receiving punches and kicks on each other.  The first 30 minutes of this class consists of jumping rope, push ups and shadow boxing.  The second half is the intense pad work with your partner.  It is recommended that you take a 30 minute basic session with Chris prior to attending this class.  Cost: $15 per person

 Blaster Class

Instructor:  Carmen Demske 

Saturday 8:15a.m.

This is a functional fitness class.  We utilize all aspects of training from weights to PVC pipe to understand the function of the body in a safe and effective manner.  This is a challenging class.  Everyone is welcome to join this open class to learn how to move correctly and exercise using the correct muscles.  You will learn how to squat amongst other major exercises.  You are shown proper form and lifting technique.  Each exercise is broken down for ease of learning.  This is an hour long class that is packed with education.  Cost:  $15 per person
