Cardio Pilates

Tuesday and Friday @ 8:30a.m.
This is an hour long open format class. Each class consists of 30 minutes of cardio followed by 30 minutes of mat Pilates. Be prepared to work hard. The cardio portion of this class is fast paced, fun and effective at burning calories. The second half of the class is also quite challenging as we focus on technique and form of Pilates and other calisthenic movement. This is a full body workout. Bring your mat or a large towel. Sneakers are recommended. Advance sign up is not necessary.
